What is Massage?
Massage is soft tissue manipulation, that includes holding, causing movement, or applying pressure to the body. Massage is a natural way to help reduce stress and facilitate relaxation in the body and the mind. Integrated Holistic Therapy is using various modalities of massage as well as exercise to stimulate, relax, stretch, restore circulation and range of motion to the body. As a personal trainer Don integrates stretching and exercise with massage and emphasizes their importance in achieving and maintaining muscular health.
